


The Broadway Cottage Courtyard
The Broadway Cottage Courtyard Development is a nonprofit initiative bringing high-quality, attainable homes to Springfield, Missouri’s Grant Beach neighborhood. Designed for sustainability and community living, these cottage-style homes blend private and shared spaces to cultivate a close-knit atmosphere. Embracing the pocket neighborhood concept, the homes are inward-facing around a shared courtyard, fostering connection while maintaining individual privacy. The development will feature 14 homes, each 1,500 square feet, with seven including a single-car garage.

Seven Cottage Homes — $30,000 each
Each home sponsorship includes a dedicated plaque placed in the yard of the sponsored cottage for one year. After the first year, your support will continue to be recognized permanently inside the clubhouse on our donor wall.
Central Community Garden — $5,000
Our central garden serves as the heart of the Courtyard—a shared gathering space for neighbors, families, and visitors.
