The Drew Lewis Foundation ("DLF," "we," "us," or "our") is a nonprofit organization based in Springfield, Missouri. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, donation and event forms, email, text messaging (SMS), and in-person interactions. By using our website or providing us your information, you agree to this policy.

Payment information. Donations are processed by Paypal. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. Payment details are handled by the processor under its own privacy and security terms.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, using cookies and similar technologies. 

Text messaging information. If you opt in in writing to our texts during the RISE enrollment process or the course of a donation, we collect your mobile number, your opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it), your message interactions, and your preferences, such as opt-outs.

Program participant information. If you receive services from DLF, we collect only the information needed to provide and improve those services. That information is handled under our program confidentiality practices and any applicable law, and it is never used for fundraising or marketing without your permission. 

How We Use Your Information

• Process donations and send receipts, acknowledgments, and tax documentation

• Send updates, newsletters, event invitations, and appeals by email, mail, phone, or text (where you have consented)

• Manage volunteer and event participation

• Respond to your questions and requests

• Provide appointment reminders, follow up information and scheduling

• Report to funders in aggregate or de-identified form

• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations
   

Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in via written consent, DLF may send text messages about classes and meetings, donations, events, volunteer opportunities, program updates, and appeals. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of making a donation or receiving services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. 

We use your mobile number and opt-in information only to send the messages you requested and to manage your preferences and consent records.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent our donor or supporter lists.
