The Ride for Hope: A Cyclist's Poker Run

We'll be welcoming everyone at 5:30 PM at Mother's Brewing Company, biking to the Springfield Brewing Company, Mumbles 1888, the Fairbanks Community Bike Shop on Commercial, the Fairbanks Community Bike Shop and back to Mother's Brewing Company to see who has the best hand of the night. Release of Liability I understand that participating in a bicycle ride on public roads and paths involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: collisions with vehicles, other cyclists, or pedestrians; falls; road hazards; equipment failure; weather conditions; and injury or death. This event is not a closed-course or permitted street closure — participants will be riding alongside normal traffic and are responsible for following all applicable traffic laws. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, known and unknown.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, release and forever discharge the Drew Lewis Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, as well as the businesses hosting stops along the event route, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising from my participation in this event, including claims of negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
